We proudly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date for both domestic and international orders. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any applicable import fees, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items marked as Final Sale, Gift Cards, and personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
